Text Box: Please try to understand
That an angel came and called my name
And took me by the hand.
The angel said my place was ready
The angel said my place was ready
In Heaven far above
And that I'd have to leave behind
All those I dearly loved.
But when I walked through Heaven's gates,
I felt so much at home
For God looked down and smiled at me,
And said, "Welcome Home."
So when tomorrow starts without me,
Don't think we're far apart
For every time you think of me
I'm right here in your heart.

Leslie T. Phan
April 3, 1971-June 17, 2006

As a graduate of our LifeStyle Transitions for Cancer Survivors Workshops, she discovered a passion to give cooking classes to children, with her two daughters’ help... So together we developed Leslie’s Kitchen.   About a year ago, Leslie is pictured here with owners and teachers of the University Heights Montessori School in Menlo Park, CA, where she and Isabella and Madison gave a very popular cooking class to the kindergartners!  Leslie had such a wonderful spirit and unending optimism.  She will be greatly missed.
